- Start by cleansing your skin with a gentle cleanser. Then apply an oil or serum to help the stone glide smoothly.
- Hold the Gua Sha at a 15-30° angle and apply light pressure. Use slow, upward strokes on the face and neck*. Move the stone from the inside to the outside of the face, following the natural contours.
*Neck and décolleté: Glide the stone from bottom to top to stimulate circulation and tone the skin.
Each area can be massaged for 1 to 2 minutes. Repeat 3 to 5 times per week for optimal results.
